Founder Brand & Social Media Executive

About the role

de Savary London, a luxury fashion brand specialising in leather, suede and outerwear, is looking for a Founder Brand & Social Media Executive to work directly alongside its founder in Dubai. The role builds the social media presence of the brand and the founder's personal brand, and is ideally part-time (three days per week), though full-time will be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a social media growth strategy for the founder's personal brand, including content pillars, calendars and performance analysis
• Help create the brand's organic social strategy, including Instagram Reels, Stories and TikToks, and support community engagement
• Film, shoot and edit short-form video, write scripts, hooks and captions, and schedule content
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments of product development, styling, launches and campaigns, and repurpose content across channels
• Support the founder with day-to-day business and office tasks, research and special projects

Required profile

• Creative, strategic and proactive, with a strong visual eye and taste for engaging content
• Hands-on, able to film, edit and produce content independently
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable working closely with a founder
• Interest in fashion, luxury, lifestyle and entrepreneurship
• Previous experience in social media, content creation or personal brand development preferred, but emerging talent is welcome

Required skills

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut and Canva is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects, calendars and deadlines
