FP&A Analyst – FMCG

About the role

Join a global innovator in food ingredients as an FP&A Analyst, supporting smarter financial decisions and sustainable growth across the Middle East. You will work in Dubai reporting to the ME FP&A Manager and collaborate with country finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts, consolidating country‑level revenue, contribution margin and OPEX while maintaining budgeting models.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs, KPI dashboards and MBR/QBR presentations covering revenue, gross margin, OPEX, headcount and working capital.
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast, identify volume, price, mix and FX drivers and perform deep‑dives into the P&L.
• Review accruals, re‑classifications and journal entries during month‑end close and reconcile FP&A reports with the general ledger.
• Maintain and automate Excel and Power BI models, delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure consistent methodologies, documentation and process compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or Engineering; MBA, CA, CMA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, food, manufacturing or distribution environments is preferred.
• Multi‑country exposure and strong analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, SUMIFS, IFERROR) and financial modelling.
• Power BI and Power Query for data visualisation and automation.
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
