FP&A Analyst – Global Hospitality

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A Manager in day‑to‑day financial planning and analysis for Raffles & Fairmont Global. You will work closely with key departments, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and upload corporate forecasts (LE1, LE2, LE3) into OneStream for the global scope.
• Assist in the annual corporate budgeting process and ensure accurate data loading.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse financial data from multiple stakeholders.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance review packages for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide commentary on key financial indicators.
• Maintain data quality checks on revenue, EBITDA, accounts receivable and other metrics.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and automated processes.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and business performance presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• OneStream (financial planning and reporting system).
• Tableau (data visualisation).
• Advanced Excel (including VBA).
• Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g., OneStream Analytics, Tableau).
