About the role
The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analysing budgets, rolling forecasts and financial models on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The role works closely with the accounts department and various business units to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget templates, compile departmental budgets, and update budgets in SAP/SAC.
- Develop and consolidate rolling forecasts in coordination with stakeholders, ensuring timely submission.
- Analyse fixed assets, depreciation and capex reconciliation using SAP.
- Monitor inventory aging and optimise inventory costs.
- Conduct cost‑control analysis of overheads and implement mechanisms for cost reduction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in FP&A within a large or complex organisation.
