FP&A and Performance Lead

About the role

Based in Dubai, this role will lead the Group's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will partner closely with senior leadership to deliver financial insight and support strategic decision‑making across a complex, multi‑entity organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, manage periodic forecasting cycles and develop medium‑ and long‑term financial plans.
• Partner with business leaders to create revenue, cost, headcount, capex and cash‑flow plans and drive group‑wide performance analysis.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, variance analysis and profitability assessments for business units, contracts and service lines.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight for investments, M&A and business cases.
• Enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards and management information while ensuring data integrity across the Group.
• Lead, mentor and develop the FP&A team and act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent).
• 12+ years of FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance and performance management experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven experience leading group consolidation across multiple entities and presenting to Boards and Executive Committees.
• Senior finance leadership experience with responsibility for managing teams and influencing key stakeholders.
