FP&A Lead – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The FP&A Lead will support Sephora's Management Team in achieving business and financial objectives across the Middle East and Europe. This senior position drives budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for a leading beauty retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting for key P&L lines, develop and improve forecasting models.
• Coordinate budget timelines and processes across FP&A and business functions in the Middle East and Europe.
• Perform month‑end variance analysis, translate data into clear narratives for senior management.
• Partner with business units to monitor investments, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Support month‑end close, prepare entity and store P&L reports, and ensure timely submission of forecasts in LVMH systems.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling.
• Experience in a multinational environment, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
• Proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
