FP&A Lead

About the role

The FP&A Lead will support Sephora's Management Team in achieving business and financial targets across the Middle East and Europe, delivering timely high‑level financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and reforecasting for key P&L lines, maintaining and improving forecasting models.
• Coordinate budget timelines within the FP&A team and produce monthly outlooks on request.
• Conduct month‑end variance analysis, translate data into actionable narratives and support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with business units to monitor investments, recommend improvements and participate in month‑end close.
• Submit forecasts to LVMH systems, ensure alignment with group reporting, and prepare entity and store P&L reports.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong business partnering skills with ability to build trusted relationships across France and the Middle East.
• Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented yet able to see the big picture.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with reporting systems and financial forecasting tools.
