About the role
The Franchise Consultant will be based in Cairo, Egypt, focusing on developing the business portfolio through sales of offers to various customer segments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts of all sizes, representing the team externally and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' market position, products, and competitive landscape.
- Capture, manage and respond to customer requests and claims.
- Maintain day‑to‑day client communication, prepare sales proposals and attend trade shows or industry events as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service relationship management and account/project management.
- Strong networking abilities and proven track record in generating new leads through research, cold calling and appointments.
