About the role
We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to support Qureos, an AI‑powered hiring platform, in creating high‑impact visual assets. The focus is on designing performance‑driven paid advertising creatives while also assisting with landing page and social media visuals as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Design compelling paid ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, adapting formats for each channel.
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and optimisation.
- Translate marketing goals and messaging into scroll‑stopping visual concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
- Provide occasional support for landing page and social media design.
Required profile
- Proven experience creating paid advertising graphics (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio that showcases paid‑ad work.
- Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion‑focused design.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
