About the role
We are looking for Emirati nationals who love premium and luxury brands to act as secret assessors for CXG. As a Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator you will visit assigned luxury stores and discreetly evaluate the customer experience, providing detailed feedback to help brands improve their service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, in‑store evaluations of luxury brands across cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches and cars.
- Record observations on service quality, staff behavior and overall shopping experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assessments.
- Follow CXG’s evaluation guidelines and reporting procedures.
- Submit clear, detailed feedback reports to CXG within the agreed timeframe.
Required profile
- Emirati national with fluent Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for luxury retail.
- Punctual, organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings.
- Ability to provide constructive, objective feedback.
