About the role

Hills Estate L.L.C is looking for motivated freelance Real Estate Brokers to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on selling premium properties, building a client base and earning a high‑percentage commission while enjoying flexible working conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and present premium property listings to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Maintain and grow a strong client database.
• Leverage the company’s administrative, marketing and legal support to finalize transactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of active real‑estate experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication and networking abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to obtain an Abu Dhabi Broker Card (valid residency/NOC required).
