Freelance Sales Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Freelance Sales Executive Assistant to work remotely and take full ownership of outbound sales and client‑facing administration for a growing security services business. You will operate independently, building a pipeline of security/patrol contracts while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to apartment complexes and other prospects.
• Pitch, negotiate, and secure signed security/patrol service contracts.
• Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Draft client contracts with accuracy and handle light invoicing for signed accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day client email correspondence professionally.
• Oversee the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities with the office overseer.
• Ensure administrative operations run smoothly in the owner’s absence.
• Complete onboarding calls to understand company standards and build strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• Proven outbound B2B sales/SDR experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Demonstrated success in securing signed contracts or generating new business.
• Experience with basic invoicing and contract drafting.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hrs/week) on US Eastern hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm).
• High accountability, detail‑orientation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Contract drafting and basic invoicing know‑how.
• Proficiency with calendar and email management tools.
• Clear, professional written and verbal English communication.
