Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to support our partner’s hiring initiatives across multiple industries in the United Arab Emirates. Working remotely, you will use innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and connect companies with highly qualified professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends.
• Assess candidate availability, motivation and fit before submission.
• Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorizations and submit candidates through the partner portal.
• Coordinate candidate communication and support interview scheduling as required.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently.
• Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries.
• Strong Boolean search skills and ability to use advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
