Freezone Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Freezone Development Manager to lead the strategic growth of a large‑scale freezone asset portfolio. The role combines strategy, business development, investment analysis and asset development to create commercial value across complex infrastructure and real‑estate environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic development and expansion of the freezone portfolio in line with commercial objectives.
• Develop and present business cases for new development and investment opportunities.
• Assist investment committee and secure funding approvals for CAPEX projects.
• Conduct commercial, financial and strategic analyses to assess project viability.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and mitigation strategies across the asset portfolio.
• Support budgeting, investment planning and governance of business cases.
• Evaluate alternative revenue streams and new commercial opportunities.
• Perform market research, feasibility studies and competitor analysis to inform decisions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners and commercial clients.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business development, investments, asset development or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in business case development, financial modelling, investment analysis, CAPEX evaluation, market analysis and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
