About the role

Index Holding is launching a UAE‑National Fresh Graduate Emiratisation Program in Dubai. The initiative is designed for recent graduates who want to kick‑start their professional journey, gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions, and build a solid foundation for long‑term career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations within the assigned department.
• Assist with administrative, coordination, and project‑related tasks.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book required).
