Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker) – Hospitality

About the role

The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at EDITION Dubai, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and a wide range of guest services. The role requires fluent Arabic and English to ensure smooth communication with international visitors and to uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and process all guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room reservations, cancellations and billing adjustments.
• Secure payments, handle cash, issue receipts and complete daily cashier and closing reports.
• Activate, file and manage room keys, and respond to guest requests, wake‑up calls and special needs.
• Provide accurate information about property amenities, local attractions and assist guests with disabilities.
• Maintain emergency guest lists, report incidents to security, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene and a clean, polished uniform.
• Clear, courteous communication in both Arabic and English, including telephone etiquette.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Team‑oriented attitude, capable of building positive relationships and supporting collective goals.
