Front Desk Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

First impressions count at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who can make transactions seamless, provide local insights and anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Kicking off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome.
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Taking, managing and receiving payments for guest bookings.
• Ensuring swift and seamless check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Anticipating guest requests and offering tailored recommendations.
• Acting as the trusted contact for guests, handling bill issues, restaurant suggestions and other inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments.
• Problem‑solving ability to turn issues into positive experiences.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Literate and tech‑savvy with good reading, writing, basic maths and computer abilities.
