Front Desk Clerk

About the role

Join the Hotels team in Dubai as a Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure smooth front‑office operations while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete DTCM reports using the ONQ PMS system, ensuring accurate guest information in line with government policy.
• Submit required guest data to the local municipality via the CID/police report system and rectify any discrepancies.
• Maintain the property’s email inbox, handle internal and external calls, and direct callers to appropriate extensions.
• Perform administrative tasks, record defects for rapid repair, and maintain filing systems according to record‑retention policy.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with special reports, projects, and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (speaking and writing) and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and procedures.
• Commitment to providing constant, exemplary guest service.

Required skills

• Experience with ONQ PMS for data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of DTCM reconciliation reporting and CID system usage.
• Proficiency in handling email systems and basic administrative software.
