Front Desk Receptionist – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

As a Receptionist at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering memorable service that reflects Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and manage the front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments in accordance with hotel policies.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Ensure the lobby and reception area are tidy and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a front‑desk or hospitality role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hotel front‑desk software and reservation systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
