About the role
Are you ready to elevate the guest experience from check‑in to check‑out and everything in‑between? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our vibrant Front Office team at Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level.
- Exude patience, empathy and host the show for each guest.
- Work proactively to guarantee guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive, “Yes I Can!” attitude.
- An eye for detail.
- Creative problem‑solver.
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service.
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial.
