Front Desk Receptionist – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Accor hotel in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in, check‑out and a range of front‑office services while ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Register and process check‑in for all arrivals and handle guest check‑outs efficiently.
• Manage cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audit tasks and settlement upon departure.
• Handle walk‑in and phone reservations, issue room key cards and maintain guest security.
• Assist at the information counter, foreign exchange desk, business centre and safe deposit boxes as required.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly, liaising with relevant departments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front‑office area and update guest information in the system.

Required profile

• University degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 4‑5 star hotel.

Required skills

• Cashiering and foreign exchange handling.
• Night audit procedures.
• Operation of hotel reservation and front‑office computer systems.
• Issuing and managing room key cards and safe‑deposit boxes.
