Front Office Agent – German, Russian or French Speaking

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, delivering legendary service to guests in a luxury urban resort setting. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in, check‑out and guest interactions throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, check‑in, and escort guests to their rooms while addressing special preferences recorded in guest history.
• Handle cash drawer, cash float, and produce cash‑out, adjustment slips, vouchers and bank count reports.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, PBX and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
• Prepare daily arrival buckets, welcome cards, registration cards and manage guest correspondence.
• Process guest invoices, credit‑card authorisations and ensure accurate billing.

Required profile

• Senior School qualification with at least 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Minimum 1 year front‑office experience; Middle‑East experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English and strong spoken German, Russian or French.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and deliver superior customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS and Rex systems.
