Front Office Agent – Resort Tower

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Front Office Agent – Resort Tower to join the resort's Resort Tower Operations team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check‑in/check‑out, and delivering Forbes Five‑Star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests accurately.
• Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Promote resort services and upsell room upgrades or packages when appropriate.
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front office or guest services, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and guest‑focused attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
