About the role

As a Front Office Ambassador you will handle all operational tasks at the front desk, uphold service standards and procedures, go the extra mile for guests, prevent complaints and ensure timely service recovery, and maintain proactive communication with fellow ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily front‑office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Deliver service recovery promptly when issues arise to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Communicate proactively with team members to coordinate guest services.
• Uphold the brand’s service standards and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and go the extra mile.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5‑star hotel environment.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years experience in a similar front‑office position in a 5‑star hospitality company.
