Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and handle guest check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide information about local attractions.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication at all times.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates welcome.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
