Front Office Intern – Hospitality Experience

About the role

Join the front office team at a leading hotel in Abu Dhabi and gain hands‑on experience in daily guest services. You will support check‑in and check‑out processes, handle inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a smile.
• Assist with personalized check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Provide information, directions, and hotel amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests.
• Maintain a polished appearance in line with brand standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, outgoing, service‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s tourist attractions.
• Basic computer skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software.
