Front Office Manager

About the role

Responsible for the efficient management of front office operations, ensuring profitability and total guest satisfaction through effective planning, coordination and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front office operations and related services to ensure profitability through planning, organizing, directing, implementing and control.
• Liaise and coordinate with all departments to guarantee total guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and inform team members to deliver an exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out.
• Supervise the Front Office team to achieve optimum occupancy and average room rate, maximizing revenue.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel and develop qualified individuals to maintain a professional, cohesive team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in a similar role at a four‑ or five‑star hotel.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC local market.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OPERA, Fidelio or WINHMS front‑office systems.
• Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office applications.
