Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Inspiring and engaging, the Front Office Manager leads the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest journeys at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5‑star luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
• Manage a high‑volume environment, coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
• Resolve guest concerns, handle escalations and implement long‑term solutions.
• Coach, train and develop the Front Office team, handling performance management and succession planning.
• Drive revenue through room upselling, paid upgrades, loyalty enrolments and other initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years progressive Front Office/Rooms experience, with at least 2 years in a management role in an upscale or luxury hotel/resort.
• Proven ability to lead a multicultural, high‑volume team and deliver service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with results in upselling, loyalty enrolment and ancillary revenue.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

• Opera/Opera Cloud Property Management System.
• Front Office technologies for room inventory, billing, guest profiling and reporting.
