Frontline Associate

About the role

Al Ghurair Exchange LLP is looking for a Frontline Associate to join its branch network in Dubai. The role delivers high-quality customer service, processes financial transactions accurately and supports daily branch operations in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time position with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and give front-desk assistance with inquiries, remittances and exchange services.
• Process financial transactions securely and accurately while following operational policies.
• Educate clients on available financial services, exchange rates and transaction procedures.
• Maintain daily cash drawers, reconcile transaction registers and balance operational ledgers.
• Follow anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, regulatory standards and company compliance rules.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an exchange house, commercial bank or financial institution.
• Experience handling cash, processing remittances and giving direct customer support in a retail financial setting.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and high transaction accuracy.
• Familiarity with compliance and cash handling procedures.
