FS2 Teacher (Early Years) – Start August 2026

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic FS2 Teacher to join GEMS Metropole School Al Waha in Dubai, starting in August 2026. This role offers the chance to contribute to a world‑class international school and shape young learners in a vibrant, inclusive community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess the FS2 curriculum in line with the school’s vision.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong home‑school partnerships.
• Utilise the school’s unique facilities, such as the forest, farm and bio‑cube, to enhance experiential learning.

Required profile

• BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Early Years, preferably at an international school.
• Ability to share exemplary teaching practices with colleagues.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents and staff.
• Track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
• Commitment to contributing positively to the school community and culture.
