Full Cycle Accountant – Finalization

About the role

White Star Contracting is seeking a dedicated Full Cycle Accountant to manage the complete accounting process through finalization. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers immediate start in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the company's accounts up to finalization.
• Set up and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze accounting options and recommend financial actions.
• Audit documents to substantiate financial transactions.
• Prepare and recommend accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Review and suggest modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Handle purchase orders and invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Excellent computer skills on MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Critical thinker with problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Familiarity with databases.
