Full-Stack / Backend Engineer – SaaS Development

About the role

A Full-Stack / Backend Engineer – SaaS Development is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving scalable SaaS applications and backend services. The role works closely with product, frontend, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve SaaS applications and backend services.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Design and maintain databases, data models, and application logic.
• Support frontend development and system integration where required.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third‑party services, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in full‑stack, backend, SaaS, or software development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, FastAPI, or Spring.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or related databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
• Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
