Full Stack Developer

About the role

ESM is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its Dubai team. You will design, build and scale modern web applications while delivering secure, cloud‑based, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, cloud‑ready architectures.
• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services and APIs.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns and AI‑assisted development practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and performance audits.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to boost productivity.
• Design and integrate AI‑powered capabilities using LLMs, RAG and AI APIs.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with managers, designers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (cloud, DevOps, architecture, etc.).
• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong expertise in front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue).
