Full Stack Developer – React, Java & AWS (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build and support a React‑based web application, a React Native mobile app and Java micro‑services hosted on AWS. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and operates within a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React.js web front‑ends and React Native mobile applications.
• Design, implement and support Java (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud) micro‑services.
• Integrate third‑party REST and WebSocket APIs as well as event‑driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ and AWS SQS/SNS.
• Manage AWS deployments using services like EKS/ECS, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Docker.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents and apply fixes with minimal downtime.
• Ensure security, performance optimisation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment processes and operational runbooks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven experience in fintech or trading platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
