Full Stack Developer – Technical Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our International Trading Platform team in Abu Dhabi. The role will start by collaborating with external consultants to build a React web app, a React Native micro‑app, and Java‑based microservices on AWS, then transition to full ownership of the codebase, deployments and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Work with consultants to develop a React.js trading interface, a React Native micro‑app, and Java Spring Boot/Spring Cloud backend services.
• Integrate third‑party trading APIs for order placement, market data, funding and account services.
• Set up and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for multi‑environment deployments.
• Ensure security compliance with OAuth, API keys, AWS Secrets Manager and KMS.
• Document architecture, APIs, deployment processes and operational runbooks.
• Shadow consultants for incident resolution, then take full responsibility for platform maintenance and new feature development.
• Monitor systems with AWS CloudWatch, handle production issues and deploy hot‑fixes with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver roadmap items and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce clear operational runbooks.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication for vendor coordination and stakeholder updates.
