Full Stack Engineer

About the role

This position is for a Full Stack Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates, working on a fast‑evolving decentralized technology ecosystem. You will contribute to both user‑facing applications and the core infrastructure, collaborating with product, developer relations, and business teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack products, including consumer apps, developer tools, and internal platforms.
• Build and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs for large‑scale decentralized applications.
• Develop developer‑facing tools such as SDKs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits.
• Create internal tooling and infrastructure to improve engineering velocity and reliability.
• Own features from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical outputs with go‑to‑market needs.
• Identify ecosystem gaps and proactively design solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across all stack layers.

Required profile

• Strong experience with TypeScript across the full stack.
• Proven ability to operate with high ownership, autonomy, and product‑mindset.
• Comfortable balancing fast prototyping with long‑term production hardening.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth technical environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
