Full-stack Engineer

About the role

We are building an enterprise AI platform that lets AI agents operate business applications through their user interfaces, just like a person would. As a senior full‑stack engineer you will own feature development from concept to production, working closely with design, backend, AI and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end product features, including React/TypeScript UI, backend services, GraphQL APIs and automated tests.
• Integrate AI agents, handling real‑time streams via SSE/WebSockets, approvals, and error handling.
• Collaborate on authentication, role‑based access, and CI/CD pipelines to keep the application continuously deployable.
• Monitor production features, resolve issues, and iterate based on user feedback.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full‑stack web applications.
• Proven technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentorship of engineers.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a small, senior team using two‑week sprints.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS, Fastify, Express)
• GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events, Playwright or Cypress testing
• Python (optional), monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo), and experience with on‑premises or air‑gapped environments
