About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. As a “Heartist,” you will deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Sofitel Dubai Downtown is a 5‑star luxury hotel located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, near The Dubai Mall and City Walk, offering French elegance and contemporary sophistication.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Experience in all‑day dining operations.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
