Full-time Waitress – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

We are looking for a courteous and professional Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at Rixos Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves delivering high‑standard service across various dining outlets and adapting to different sub‑departments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in line with Rixos standards.
• Adapt to rotations within different sub‑departments of the Food & Beverage division or other hotel areas as assigned.
• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, recommend suitable combinations, and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the assigned work area and surrounding spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor operational procedures to reduce spoilage and waste, reporting issues as needed.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts of operating equipment.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag, and uphold high personal hygiene standards.
