About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Creator to join Bakerist in Dubai. You will be the face behind our social‑media channels, producing engaging videos and photos that showcase our coffee, croissants and vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Research trending topics and generate fresh content ideas.
• Film and edit short‑form videos using a smartphone and tripod.
• Publish posts on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, and interact with followers.
• Collaborate with the internal team and external influencers to create joint campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Passionate about being on camera and creating content independently.
• Comfortable using a phone, tripod and basic editing tools.
• Enjoys following social‑media trends and engaging with online communities.
• Enthusiastic about connecting with influencers and creators in Dubai.
