Full‑time Pilates Instructor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Sculpt Pilates Club is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor to join its boutique studio in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves leading both group and private sessions, helping clients of all levels improve strength, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging Pilates classes (Mat and/or Reformer) for individuals and groups.
• Demonstrate proper technique, offer modifications and progressions, and ensure safe execution.
• Conduct pre‑class check‑ins, maintain a clean studio, and set up equipment.
• Provide clear, encouraging coaching and respond to client questions and feedback.
• Support studio operations such as class preparation and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong Pilates instruction skills with ability to design safe, effective sessions for diverse fitness levels.
• Experience managing group exercise classes and maintaining class flow.
• Familiarity with physical‑therapy principles, body mechanics, and injury‑awareness.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and inclusive studio attitude.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required skills

• Pilates certification (Mat and/or Reformer).
