Full‑Time Waiter / Waitress in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell effectively.
• Prepare service stations, ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards, and manage mise‑en‑place before, during and after service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, minimise waste, and handle customer queries or complaints promptly.
• Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail and work well in a team.
