Full‑time Waitress – Dubai

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site waitstaff role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for guests, presenting menus, answering questions and delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and provide food‑and‑beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Process payments, handle guest requests or concerns, and ensure tables are clean, set and organized.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation throughout service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with professional communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset, reliability and a professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in Dubai are a plus.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of food & beverage offerings, menu items and basic pairing suggestions.
• Experience in food service, order taking, serving and table maintenance.
• Basic cooking knowledge is advantageous for answering guest questions about preparation methods.
