Fundraising Campaign Director

About the role

MoonTech is seeking a Fundraising Campaign Director to design and execute a high‑impact regional campaign across Riyadh, Doha, and Dubai. The role blends political‑campaign management with marketing, handling PR, podcasts, panels, founder content, investor meetings, private dinners, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the complete campaign calendar, securing press coverage, podcast appearances, panel opportunities, and speaking engagements.
• Organise founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings, handling travel, briefings, and preparation.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, event partners, content teams, and external suppliers, tracking deadlines, bookings, follow‑ups and overall progress.
• Provide clear weekly progress updates, flag risks, and outline next steps while independently resolving issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a campaign from planning through execution in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches or similar.
• Strong professional network across the Gulf, especially Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with good knowledge of regional media and platforms such as LEAP, GITEX, Misk and Hub71.
• Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior leaders; highly organized, proactive and able to work without close supervision.
• Consistent availability throughout the full campaign period and willingness to travel across the GCC as required.
