Gaming Area Manager - Table Games Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Gaming Area Manager to lead the Table Games Operations team. The manager will oversee daily operations of assigned gaming areas, ensure game integrity, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Gaming Supervisors and ensure adherence to game procedures and company policies.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct pre‑shift briefings and on‑the‑job training.
• Assist in roster scheduling to guarantee adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new Gaming Specialists and team members.
• Maintain a safe and compliant gaming environment, monitor game integrity and guest interactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in table games or gaming operations.
• Supervisory experience in a gaming environment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of table‑games procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24‑hour operation, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with gaming operations systems.
