GBS Finance Tower Lead

About the role

The GBS Finance Tower Lead is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the Senior Director ERP Transformation within Finance Transformation / Global Business Services (GBS). The role owns the end-to-end design, governance, standardization, performance management and continuous improvement of Agthia's Finance processes across all business units, functions and geographies, acting as the single point of accountability for Finance process strategy, governance, analytics, data governance, GBS operating model alignment and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global Finance vision, roadmap, policies, standards, process frameworks and governance model aligned with Agthia's strategic objectives and transformation agenda.
• Lead end-to-end Finance process design and transformation, harmonizing Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting & reporting, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, tax, financial close, management reporting, finance master data and finance controls.
• Establish and improve standardized, efficient and scalable Finance processes, simplifying processes, eliminating duplication and strengthening controls.
• Set up enterprise-wide performance management frameworks and governance of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strengthen Finance analytics and decision support, including revenue and margin analysis, profitability and cost analysis, investment evaluation, scenario modelling, sensitivity and pricing analysis.
• Partner with MDM on governance and standardization of product and customer hierarchies, organizational structures, cost and profit centers, financial dimensions, KPI definitions, reporting structures and reporting formats.
• Define and govern the Finance service delivery model within GBS and set up standardized management reporting and executive dashboards, driving automation and simplification.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation, including process automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions and self-service reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to Executive Leadership, Corporate Finance, Business Unit Leaders, Commercial and Value Chain Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, MDM and GBS leadership, facilitating governance forums and cross-functional alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or GBS environments.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing Finance processes, transformation initiatives or enterprise-wide programs.
• Proven experience leading Finance transformation, process improvement, standardization and harmonization programs, and working in complex, multi-country, matrix organizations.
• FMCG / Food & Beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
