GC&E Coordinator – Sales & Events (Emirati Only)

About the role

The GC&E Coordinator acts as the primary hotel contact for group bookings, events, social gatherings and long‑stay apartment requests. Based in Fujairah, you will bridge guests’ needs with Hilton’s commercial and operational teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage group and event requests, keeping hotel systems up‑to‑date.
• Prepare contracts, payment instructions and relevant documentation for groups and events.
• Promote and sell social events for F&B outlets, such as family dinners and afternoon gatherings.
• Convert long‑stay apartment inquiries from direct or online channels.
• Negotiate budgets with clients and develop detailed work orders.
• Produce monthly reports and close‑out information for groups and events.
• Collaborate continuously with Account Managers, Sales Manager, Reservations, Front Desk, Hilton Meetings, and kitchen teams.
• Interact directly with guests during their stay, addressing requests promptly.
• Conduct site inspections of hotel facilities.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality or Marketing.
• Previous sales experience with groups and events, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent Arabic speaking.
