General Accounts & Consolidation Analyst

About the role

The General Accounts & Consolidation Analyst supports the Senior Analyst in ensuring accurate and timely flow of financial information across the Finance & Investment Directorate. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, handling month‑end processes in SAP, and preparing data for internal and external audits.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Analyst with the monthly accruals process, including follow‑ups, preparing upload sheets and reporting.
• Participate in opening and closing accounting periods in SAP in collaboration with the Financial System department.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll and other units to ensure timely information flow to the General Ledger.
• Prepare and submit accrual reports, trial balances, sub‑ledger reconciliations and other financial schedules for review.
• Liaise with ADNOC Group entities on cost allocations, billing and journal entries.
• Generate SAP reports for cash‑call reconciliation, commitment and contingency schedules.
• Gather information for confirmation replies to group entities and third parties.

Required profile

• Ability to support the Senior Analyst in daily consolidation and reporting tasks.
• Strong coordination skills to work with multiple finance departments.
