General Assistant – Resort Maintenance

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is preparing to open its luxury resort on the United Arab Emirates’ coast in 2027. The General Assistant will join the Wynn Oasis team, supporting maintenance operations across the property to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians with basic repairs such as tile replacement, door adjustments, fixture tightening and minor plumbing work.
• Support electrical teams by replacing lights, sockets and switches under supervision.
• Help HVAC crews with filter cleaning, coil washing and routine servicing tasks.
• Perform patching, painting and minor carpentry work as directed.
• Prepare access and safety setups for façade cleaning and external area maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance zones, pump rooms, rooftops and service yards.
• Organise tools, consumables and spare parts in maintenance stores and transport materials between sites.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of building‑maintenance tools and procedures.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within residential or hospitality settings.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision and remain physically fit for manual tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
