General Construction Superintendent

About the role

This position offers an experienced Construction Manager the chance to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee total construction field effort, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules for projects valued above USD 500 million.
• Manage and control project cost and schedule for assigned disciplines, coordinating supply, equipment, subcontractors and consumables.
• Supervise construction and contractor deliverables, including installation, commissioning and completion activities.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental processes are defined, communicated and executed on site.
• Coordinate field personnel work schedules to maximize utilization and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with a focus on construction and site management.
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt work location as required.
• Eligibility to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
